Do you ship outside the USA?
No. At this time, we only ship within the United States.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on the selected method:
Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipping.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment online.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, as long as they are unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Some items, like baby care products and intimate jewelry, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as other secure payment options listed during checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Your payment details are processed through secure and encrypted third-party payment gateways. We never store your full payment information.
What if I received a damaged or wrong item?
If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
